• Check-in time is from 2pm onwards, and Check-out time is at 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability and may be chargeable.

• All guests, including children (both Indian and foreign nationals), must present valid photo identification upon check-in. Please note that PAN cards are not considered valid forms of photo identification for hotel/resort check-ins. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid visa. Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport, Driving License or Voter ID card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in and the booking will be considered as NO SHOW and no refund will be provided.
• 100% of the tariff payment in advance to be made during reservation.
• Pets are not allowed on the premises.
• Alcohol consumption is not permitted in public areas.
• The management is not liable for any incidents or accidents during your stay. We encourage responsible holidaying.
• Online payment fees will be charged for cancellations within the cancellation period eligible for a refund.
• Cancellation charges of 20% will be applied for bookings made through Google Hotel Ads and TripAdvisor.
• Hotel Spars Lodge reserve the right to cancel reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
• Booking is not transferable without written consent from “Hotel”. Rights of admission reserved. Special Requests are subject to availability and may be chargeable.

 Child Policy (Mandatory):

• Children up to 5 years old stay complimentary when sharing their parents’ room without an extra mattress.
• Child charges apply for children aged 6 to 12 years.
• Children aged 13 years and above are considered adults, and extra adult charges will apply.

Cancellation Policy:

Confirmed dates/days may be altered, cancelled or cut short only if intimation in writing reaches us within the below mentioned period respectively:

• Full refund for cancellation prior to 30 days of check-in
• 25% retention for cancellation prior to 15 days of check-in
• 50% retention for cancellation prior to 07 to 15 days of check-in
• Full retention for cancellation within 07 days of check-in

• Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM
• Lunch: 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM
• Dinner: 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM
